Since the early 1990s, I have written for a variety of national publications and websites, including Woman & Home, The Evening Standard, The Independent, What’s On In London, Attitude Magazine, The Sunday Times Magazine, The Sunday Telegraph, Allmusic.com and more. I have also written liner notes for album reissues, including a recent reissue package of four Melissa Manchester albums, the complete Maxayn recordings, Rupert Holmes’s Epic years and Chi Coltrane’s CBS collection. More reissue projects are in the works.
Starting in 1995, I wrote travel copy for titles including Woman & Home and Essentials magazine…
For many years, I wrote a double-page spread of music, film, theatre and arts reviews for Woman & Home Magazine…
I have interviewed musicians, authors and actors, with a particular interest in the singer/songwriters who emerged in the late 1960 and early 1970s (and beyond).

In addition to writing lifestyle and entertainment features, I have also supplied content for websites including The History Channel, AETN, The Biography Channel, The Natural History Museum, The National Maritime Museum and many more. In the early 1990s, I wrote financial pieces for The Sunday Telegraph and am in the process of gathering together some of those cuttings. In the meantime, here is the first page of the first Sunday Telegraph piece I ever wrote, from around 1994, when I was 19.
